I have never watched any of the Twilight Saga movies, but I've read the synopsis of the movie and watched some of its trailers, and I can confidently say that it is not my type of vampire movie even if I haven't watched it yet.
There are a lot of vampire movies, some of my favorites are Van Helsing, Underworld (Underworld, Evolution, Rise of the Lycans), Blade, and more.
What differs Twilight Saga from these movies? The Twilight Saga is more of a love story and I hate such movies! It doesn't expresses what a vampire really is. A vegetarian vampire? That's just stupid and gay!
If you feel the same way I do, then this new movie will definitely feed your vampire appetite.
Vampires Suck - Whenever Hollywood becomes obsessed with a new gimmick the people behind Scary Movie, Disaster Movie, and Epic Movie make it their business to make fun of it.
What’s the one thing that we’re all getting sick of that’s dominating both movies and television? Vampires! Between Twilight, “True Blood“, “The Vampire Diaries“, and “The Gates” there are more dead characters than living on screens these days.
Therefore they’ve decided to poke fun at it by releasing the first trailer for the parody film, Vampires Suck which somehow finds a way to rip on Twilight and “Jersey Shore” all at the same time.
There are a few humorous moments in the trailer but nothing that we haven’t seen done to death already. We all know that Edward looks like a girl, Jacob’s topless scenes are ridiculous, and Lady Gaga creeps people out. There’s nothing new there. It seems as if this film should have come out sometime last year instead of after the second sequel.
Vampires Suck is scheduled to hit theaters on August 18, 2010.

oh cool ~ I really have nothing against parody. I find it interesting too, so I think this movie will be so much fun. Everyone should just be a good sport.
